Perform repairs and retain the old parts until claim disposition is complete
Gather Failure or defect evidence along with preapprovals when applicable
Claims and repairs need to be made within 30 days of the failure date
After you complete your claim form, email the form to [email protected].
Warranty team members will review your claim for legitimacy and completeness
If applicable, obtain a Return Good Authorization, and prepare the old part for shipment
When part(s) are received, they will be evaluated by warranty team members and claim processed
